Community Friday
Our regular Friday programme has three parts: doors open at 6:15 pm; the free LBMS warm-up runs from 6:30 to 7:15 pm, the open beginners’ class from 7:15 to 8:15 pm, and the practica from 8:15 to 10 pm. The beginners’ class or practica costs €10; either booking includes access to both. The LBMS warm-up is included. Voluntary supporter contribution: €15.

Premium beginners’ course
Tuesdays, 7:30–9 pm at Ko-Labörchen, €20 per person, no more than four couples. The course begins once four couples have enrolled, with 3 November 2026 as the latest planned start. The confirmed date will be provided when you register. Premium beginners’ course.
